Ukraine’s Former Foreign Minister Slams Joe Rogan for Not Allowing a Pro-Ukrainian Voice on His Podcast
Ukraine’s former foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, has called out popular US podcaster Joe Rogan for not allowing a pro-Ukrainian voice onto his podcast. This comes after Rogan lashed out against Ukraine, saying that it was “starting World War III”.
Kuleba took to social media to express his frustration with Rogan’s actions. He wrote on X: “Freaking at Ukrainians without giving them a chance to speak isn’t a fair fight.” Kuleba also invited Rogan to have a real conversation about Ukraine-related topics, offering him cigars and saying that he was willing to sit down and chat.
This is not the first time someone has criticized Joe Rogan for his views on Ukraine. Former professional boxer Wladimir Klitschko accused Rogan of “repeating Russian propaganda” after Rogan voiced fears that outgoing US President Joe Biden’s decision to allow Ukraine to strike deep inside Russia could lead to World War III.
Rogan has a large following, with over 18 million followers on YouTube. In his recent episode, he expressed concerns about the Biden administration‘s decision to support Ukraine militarily. He also mentioned that he had endorsed Donald Trump in the past and was critical of the military aid provided to Ukraine during his campaign.
Kuleba has been at the forefront of Ukraine’s efforts to engage with international allies and secure new partnerships since the beginning of the full-scale war. He served as foreign minister from 2020 until September 2024.
