**Parliament Meeting in Georgia is Legitimate**
The meeting of the new parliament in Georgia was held on time. This is according to Levan Ioseliani, a public defender.
Ioseliani said that it is clearly written in the country‘s constitution that the Parliament must meet within 10 days after the publication of the summary protocol. He added that there is an ombudsman institute in Georgia which prepares reports for the parliament.
The public defender believes that the parliament meeting was legitimate and followed Article 38 of the Constitution. Ioseliani said that other issues, including a constitutional claim, will be reviewed by the Constitutional Court.
