**West Provoking Conflict in Georgia, Says Russian Minister**
The West is trying to create conflict and start a “color revolution” in Georgia. This is according to Sergey Lavrov, the Foreign Affairs Minister of Russia.
In a meeting with security leaders from other countries, Lavrov said that the West uses unfair tactics to achieve its goals. He claimed that this includes spreading false information and even trying to take control of governments through revolutions.
**Russia Denies Western Influence**
Other Russian officials also spoke out against the West’s influence in Georgia. Sergey Naryshkin, Director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service, said that Tbilisi is facing another attempt at a revolution and coup d’état. He expressed hope that this would not succeed.
