**EU Proposed Sanctions on Chinese Firms**

The has proposed a new set of sanctions targeting over 50 individuals and entities. The main goal is to stop Chinese companies from helping Russia develop military technology Ukraine.

These sanctions aim to freeze assets and prevent travel for more than 50 people and nearly 30 groups, including Chinese firms that allegedly help Russian companies make attack drones. This would be the EU’s 15th set of sanctions since Russia invaded Ukraine.
