**Russia Launches 89 Drones at Ukraine**
On November 27, Russian forces launched a large-scale drone attack on Ukraine. According to the Ukrainian Air Force, 89 attack drones were sent from various locations in Russia.
**Attack Hits Kyiv**
In Kyiv, two people were injured and infrastructure was damaged during the early morning hours of November 27. The city’s mayor, Vitaly Klychko, said one person was hospitalized after a water house was hit by falling debris.
**Air Defenses Repel Attack**
The Ukrainian Air Force reported that air defense forces were able to shoot down over 40% of the drones launched by Russia. In total, 36 drones were intercepted in eight different oblasts, including Kyiv and Chernihiv. Another 48 drones are believed to have been destroyed due to electronic warfare.
**Russia Continues Strikes**
The Ukrainian Air Force detected and tracked 192 aerial targets on November 26, including ballistic missiles and drones. The attacks caused a blackout in the city of Ternopil. Russia continues to launch daily strikes on residential areas and civilian infrastructure.
