**Nino Lomjaria Testifies in Election Fraud Investigation**
A representative of the monitoring mission “My Voice”, Nino Lomjaria, testified before a magistrate judge at the Tbilisi City Court. She was questioned as part of an investigation into possible election fraud.
Lomjaria said she came to the court with concrete evidence and expected to be called in for questioning. She claimed that her organization had provided the prosecutor‘s office with information about election irregularities, but no investigation was started until the Central Election Commission (CEC) appealed.
**Evidence of Election Irregularities**
Lomjaria stated that her organization has a lot of evidence of election violations, including:
* Influencing voters
* Illegally obtaining and processing voter data
* Violating voter secrecy
* Bribing voters
* Abuse of authority by CEC members and election administrators
She said that they have prepared to give specific evidence to the European Union’s “technical mission” and hope for an objective assessment.
**Previous Refusal to Cooperate**
Lomjaria initially refused to be interviewed by the prosecutor’s office, requesting instead to testify before a magistrate judge. She will be the third representative of the observation mission “My Voice” questioned by the Prosecutor’s Office regarding possible election fraud.
