**Russia’s Nuclear Threat**

Former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Steven Pifer spoke about this with The Kyiv Independent‘s Dinara Khalilova. He said that Russia is trying to get a reaction from Ukraine and other countries.

Pifer thinks that Russia is using its nuclear threat to try and get what it wants without having to actually use a nuclear weapon. He also believes that this could lead to more attacks in the future.
