According to the report, a total of 188 aerial weapons were launched during the attack. These included:
* S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles targeting Kharkiv Oblast
* Cruise missiles launched from Tu-95MS strategic bombers and the Black Sea area
* Guided aviation missiles launched from airspace over the Black Sea
* Attack drones, including Shahed-type and unidentified unmanned aerial vehicles
**Ukrainian Defense**
The Ukrainian military responded to the attack with a coordinated defense operation. Anti-aircraft missile troops, aviation units, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups all played a role in defending against the Russian attack.
**Successes for Ukraine**
By 10:30, Ukrainian forces had confirmed destroying:
* 76 cruise missiles
* 3 guided aviation missiles
* 35 attack drones
Additionally, 62 Russian drones were “locationally lost” during the engagement, meaning they crashed or otherwise failed to reach their targets.
