The Public Defender’ office visited 11 people overnight, including 9 who were arrested. The office reported that 9 cases of alleged improper treatment were found, with involving journalists.

**Violations Found**

During the visit, representatives from the Public Defender found 6 people with visible . One journalist had a broken head, while another had swelling and redness his face and eye socket area. A third journalist was found to have scratches and swelling on his nose, cheeks, and forehead.

**Investigation Needed**

The Public Defender’s office is calling effective investigation into these incidents. They want the and Prosecution Service to identify all responsible persons and determine their level of guilt.

**Calls for Action**

The Public Defender also called on the not to delay the investigation process. They want the ministry to cooperate with the investigation and provide necessary information and documentation. The Public Defender is also urging courts to ensure a trial for arrested and to evaluate the legality of their arrest.
