**PM: European Integration to Continue**
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, talked about the country‘s plans for European integration. He said that diplomats have been given a new task to continue this process with great intensity.
Kobakhidze emphasized that European integration has not been slowed down, but rather it will continue at its current pace. He accused some opposition groups and media of spreading false information on the topic.
At a recent briefing, Kobakhidze said that the government had decided not to ask the European Union to start negotiations until 2028. He also stated that the country would refuse any budget help from the EU until then.
The Prime Minister seems determined for Georgia to become more closely tied to Europe. His comments suggest that this process will continue without delays or changes in pace.
