**Russia Trained 300,000 Reserve Soldiers for War in Ukraine**

Russia has trained over 300,000 contract soldiers as reserves its fighting regiments in Ukraine. This is according to Ivan Buvaltsev, the head of the training department at Russia’s Armed Forces.

In an article published on December 2, Buvaltsev said that seven companies of instructors and eight training companies for specialists had trained the reservists. The exact date of the training was not specified, but it is believed to have taken place in 2024.
