**Russia’s Failing Strategies**
Russian troops have been trying to gain a foothold on islands near Kherson but have been unsuccessful. They have assembled 300 boats, but Ukrainian forces are stopping them with repeated assault attempts. Strategic reconnaissance is ongoing.
