**Other Developments**
Russian forces also attacked Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on December 6, killing two and injuring 16, including a six-year-old boy. Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to deploy Oreshnik missile systems in Belarus.
