**Violent Protests in Tbilisi**
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has reported on the events that took place during a protest rally held in Tbilisi last night. According to the agency, some protesters used violence and pyrotechnics against police officers.
**Detentions and Arrests**
Law enforcement officers detained 48 people for disobeying police orders and petty hooliganism. Two more people were arrested on charges of participating in group violence.
**Investigation Launched**
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has launched an investigation into the facts of organizing, leading or participating in group violence during the protests. The investigation is also looking into allegations of publicly calling for violent action, preparing an explosion, and attacking police officers.
**Police Actions**
Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were deployed to maintain public order and safety during the rally. Despite warnings from law enforcement, protesters continued their unlawful actions, including throwing pyrotechnics at police officers and verbally abusing them.
**Injuries and Damage**
One employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was injured as a result of the use of pyrotechnics by protesters. The protesters also damaged property during the rally.
