**US Embassy in Georgia Speaks Out Against Violence**
The US Embassy in Georgia is calling for those responsible for violence to be held accountable. This includes protesters, media representatives, and members of the opposition who have used brutal and unjustified force.
According to a statement from the embassy, people who have been detained for exercising their right to peaceful assembly and freedom of expression should be released immediately.
US Ambassador Robin Dunigan met with Georgia’s Public Defender, Levan Ioseliani, to discuss the importance of protecting human rights in the country. The ambassador emphasized that those responsible for violence must face consequences, while people who have peacefully expressed themselves should be freed.
