**Russia Detains Russian- Over Alleged Sabotage Plot**

have detained a Russian-German citizen on suspicion of planning to sabotage railways. The detainee was born 2003 and was found with a homemade explosive device and communication equipment that allegedly contained messages with a intelligence representative.

According to the FSB, the man was part of a group with “radical neo-Nazi ideology” and planned the sabotage for a monetary reward. However, Russia often falsely accuses its rivals of being neo-Nazis.
