**Lithuanian MEP Calls Out Georgian Election**
Rasa Juknevičienė, a member of the European Parliament from Lithuania, has spoken out about the recent election in Georgia. In a post on social media platform X, she called it “a farce”.
Juknevičienė said that President Salome Zurabishvili is the only legitimate official in Georgia because she was elected through free elections. The member of parliament criticized Bidzina Ivanishvili for continuing his “state capture”.
The post by Juknevičienė comes as Georgia deals with the aftermath of its recent election, which has been met with criticism from international observers and opposition leaders.
