**Georgian Opposition Reacts to President Appointment**

The chairman of the political council of “Unity – National Movement,” Levan Khabeishvili, has spoken out against the appointment of Mikheil Kavelashvili as president. In a social media post, he called it an “insult, humiliation, and mockery” of the state.

Khabeishvili believes that through Ivanishvili, Putin is making fun of Georgia’s government. He thinks that the Georgian people will not stand for this kind of treatment. “The whole world will see that we have the ability to fight,” he wrote.

**Demanding Unity**

Khabeishvili is calling for unity among Georgians in response to this situation. He believes that only through coming together can they win and overcome the current challenges. His message is simple: “Street, street, and street! The only solution is in unity. We must win unconditionally.”
