**Georgian Prime Minister Reacts to EU Visa Restrictions**

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze spoke out against the move. He described it as an “openly anti-Georgian decision”, which he finds disappointing.
The prime minister expressed hope that European institutions will not make similar decisions in the future. He said: “Representatives of foreign media explained that this step has a symbolic meaning, but for us, it’s more than that. We’re sad about it and we hope that next year no such anti-Georgian decisions will be made.”
