**Georgian People to Continue Fight Against Regime**
A bombing in Gori yesterday has shown that the ruling regime has no intention of stopping its oppressive actions. But despite this, leaders say the Georgian people will not give up their fight for freedom.
According to Giorgi Baramidze, a leader of “Unity – National Movement,” the support from Western partners for Georgia and the Georgian people will continue. This includes sanctions against members of the ruling party “Georgian Dream” by the United States and the European Union.
**Sanctions to Be Imposed on Ruling Party**
The process of imposing sanctions will not stop, says Baramidze. He notes that these sanctions will include a visa regime, as well as financial and other penalties. This is because Western countries cannot tolerate the regime’s actions against peaceful citizens, young people being tortured, and political opponents being imprisoned.
**Georgian People to Continue Struggle**
Baramidze emphasizes that neither the Georgian people nor their friends will give up supporting Georgia. The fight for freedom and free elections will continue, with the help of Western partners. Leaders are confident that together they can remove the current regime from power and achieve a better future.
