**Ukraine’s Security Service Identifies Russian Colonel General as Commander of Deadly Missile Strike**
The Ukrainian security service has accused Russian Colonel General Aleksey Kim of ordering a ballistic missile strike on the Sapphire Hotel in Kramatorsk. The attack killed one Reuters journalist and injured five others.
