The increasing cooperation between Russia and North Korea has raised concerns about global risks. President Zelensky warned about the dangers of advanced warfare technologies being transferred to countries with questionable intentions.
US agencies also believe that Russia is relying on North Korea and Iran to sustain artillery operations and drone strikes against Ukraine’s infrastructure.
