**Russian Drone Attack Foiled by Ukraine‘s Air Defenses**

Despite the successful defense against the drones, other Russian attacks killed at least two people and injured five others in various regions. Farms, homes, and factories were also damaged in five regions.

**Drone Attack Details**
Ukraine’s Air Force said Russian forces launched 60 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), including one-way attack drones, from areas in Russia. Ukrainian air defense forces successfully intercepted 36 of the attack drones across multiple regions, while 23 others were lost without causing any harm. One drone remained airborne as of 10:16 am.
**Regional Attacks**
In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, seven Russian drones were shot down by air defenders overnight. Russian forces also targeted the Nikopol district with artillery and Grad MLRS systems, damaging several homes and a vehicle. No casualties were reported in this area.
Multiple explosions were heard in Kyiv around 4 am, and air defense systems were active in the region during an air raid alert. In Khmelnytskyi Oblast, explosions were reported twice in the morning following Air Force warnings about drones heading toward Starokostiantyniv, which hosts a Ukrainian bomber base.
Russian artillery struck Bilozirka in Kherson Oblast at midnight, damaging an administrative building but causing no casualties. The city’s Korabelny district was attacked, disrupting electricity and water supply in one neighborhood.
