**New President to Work from Orbeliani Palace**
After the inauguration, new Georgian president Mikheil Kavelashvili will work from the historic Orbeliani Palace. According to Shalva Papuashvili, Speaker of Parliament.
**Previous President Must Leave**
Papuashvili was asked by journalists when Salome Zurabishvili should leave the palace. He replied that the building belongs to the Georgian people and not to her as a personal luxury item.
“This is not my house or a gift from someone,” said Papuashvili. “It’s a residence for the president of Georgia, and now Mikheil Kavelashvili will be taking over.”
Papuashvili emphasized that Zurabishvili should leave the palace today, as she is no longer president.
