**New President to Be Sworn In Today**
The inauguration of Mikheil Kavelashvili, chosen as president by the Electoral College, will take place today at the Parliament Palace. The ceremony will be held in the main hall where all members of the Electoral College have been invited.
These guests include Members of Parliament, local leaders, and representatives from the Supreme Councils of Adjara and Abkhazia. They are expected to attend a 40-minute event that starts at 11:00 AM.
As part of the ceremony, Kavelashvili will take an oath on the Constitution and the Bible. This is required by law before he can start working as president.

During the inauguration, Kavelashvili will promise to protect the country’s independence and unity. He will also vow to care for the security and well-being of all citizens. After taking this oath, he will officially become the new President of Georgia.
