**Citizens Plan to Protest on New Year’s Eve**
On December 31st, protesters will gather on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi, Georgia. This is the 33rd day of protests against the government.
**President to Join Protesters**
Georgia’s President Salome Zurabishvili said she will join the protesters on this day. She made this announcement a few days ago.
**Multiple Events Planned**
There are three main events planned for New Year’s Eve:
* A protest rally on Rustaveli Avenue, titled “The Magical Night of New Year’s Protest”.
* A march by students from Tbilisi State University (TSU), called “The Magical New Year’s March”.
* A rally near Gldani Prison, titled “New Year for Freedom: Freedom for the Regime‘s Prisoners!”
