Ukrainian Steel Maker Helps Military.
Metinvest, a Ukrainian steel company, has created special protective shields for the teams that control Patriot air defense systems. These shields are made of strong armor steel.
The shields were designed to protect the control module of the MIM-104 Patriot system. The company installed them successfully. This was announced by Metinvest’s press service on January 3, 2025.
