Russia’s envoy to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, has said that the president-‘s team has not presented any “interesting” ideas for ending the war in Ukraine. This comes after reports suggested that Trump’s team was considering a plan to delay Ukraine’s by 20 years in exchange for continued Western arms supplies and European peacekeepers.

Nebenzya made his comments January 3, saying that President Putin had outlined Russia’s conditions for ending the conflict on December 19. He stated that so far, nothing from Trump’s team has suggested anything of interest to Moscow.
