Russia Continues to Attack Ukraine with Drones and Missiles.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia is continuing its attacks on Ukraine. He reported that over 300 attack drones and about 20 missiles, including ballistic ones, were used against Ukrainian cities and villages in the first three days of 2025.
Zelenskyy stated that Russia’s military is deliberately targeting residential areas and civilian infrastructure every day. Since October 2022, Russia has been systematically attacking Ukraine’s energy infrastructure with many missile and drone attacks. This is done to disrupt people’s daily lives, especially during winter months.
One recent attack happened on December 3. It was a triple ballistic missile strike that hit the outskirts of Chernihiv. The impact caused significant damage to houses, resulted in one death, and left multiple people injured.
