EU Official Criticizes Upcoming OSCE Visit to Georgia
European Parliament member Rasa Juknevičienė has spoken out against the planned visit of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Pia Kauma to Georgia. According to her, this visit only benefits Bidzina Ivanishvili.
Juknevičienė believes that official visits are only meaningful if they help to ensure fair and free elections. She thinks that the upcoming visit should focus on this issue.
The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President is scheduled to arrive in Georgia with a delegation from January 8 to 10.
