**Occupation Forces Detain Two Georgian Citizens**
Two employees of the Gori military hospital, Aleksi Mamulia and Vano Japiashvili, have been detained by occupation forces in Tskhinvali. They were accused of crossing the occupation line.
The State Security Service of Georgia reported last month that two citizens had been illegally detained near the village of Kvemo Nikozi. The names of those detained were not mentioned at the time.
**Accusations Against Hospital Employees**
According to the leader of the anti-occupation movement “Strength is in Unity”, Davit Katsrava, the occupation regime has accused Mamulia and Japiashvili of crossing the occupation line and sentenced them to two months’ pre-trial detention.
The occupation forces claimed that the hospital employees were involved in a plot to help a Russian soldier who had deserted from the conflict zone. The soldier, Vladimir Anzorovich Mamardashvili, was allegedly helped by a group of people to cross into South Ossetia and then planned to return with his helpers.
**Charges Brought Against Hospital Employees**
The occupation regime’s so-called state security service opened a criminal case against Mamulia and Japiashvili for allegedly crossing the border. They were both put in pre-trial detention while an investigation is carried out.
