Serbia Farmers Protest Again
Farmers in western Serbia blocked the town of Bogatic on Wednesday. They are protesting about being called to question the police.
Last week, two farmers were questioned at a local police station. Now, many more have been called to talk to the police again. The farmers think this is unfair and want their problems solved.
The protesters used tractors to block off the town center. University students came to support them.
One of the farmer’s leaders said they don‘t know what else to do. They are unhappy with the government and want their issues fixed.
Some of the farmers could be in trouble for driving their tractors into the town center. This is because it may have caused traffic problems.
