Georgia’s President Visits Zugdidi Region.

President Zurabishvili thinks it’s fitting that she starts her tour in Zugdidi because it’s close to Europe. “You are our Europeans,” she said. This means that Georgians who live near the Black Sea, particularly those living in Anaklia, are on the path to joining Europe.
The President is confident that Georgia will eventually join Europe. She believes this journey begins in places like Zugdidi and Anaklia, which are close to the other side of the Black Sea.
