**Lawyer Walks Out in Protest**
A lawyer left a court session in protest after the judge refused to change the courtroom. The reason for his protest was that working conditions were not suitable.
According to a medical report, one of the defendants became unwell due to suffocation. The defense team had previously asked the court to move to a different room so they could work properly. However, the judge did not agree.
The lawyer, Davit Chikhaidze, explained their position. He said that in this case, lawyers are needed to participate in the trial. When working conditions are good, they will continue to take part in the court hearings.
Chikhaidze also mentioned that one of the defendants does not speak Georgian and needs a translator. The law requires the presence of lawyers in such cases. They will be appointed public defenders.
The lawyer emphasized that their actions were aimed at preventing the defendant’s health from deteriorating, not disrupting the trial.
