**MPs Involved in Hotel Fight**
Some members of the Georgian parliament have been involved in a violent incident in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. They reportedly attacked a Georgian citizen named Lasha Gabitashvili.
The fight happened at a hotel restaurant where Gabitashvili was eating. The attackers were Irakli Zarkua, Viktor Sanikidze, and Gela Samkharauli, all members of the ruling party (GD). They can be seen on video fighting with Gabitashvili. Hotel staff tried to stop them.
Gabitashvili called the police after the fight. One of the attackers, Giorgi Gogoladze, was arrested for throwing a plate at a hotel employee and hurting him.
**Threats After the Fight**
After the fight, one of the attackers (Sanikidze) can be heard saying that Gabitashvili will be punished when he returns to Georgia. There are concerns on social media that Gabitashvili might face trouble when he gets back home.
This incident is linked to a previous argument between Gabitashvili and one of the attackers (Zarkua). The two men had an argument outside the hotel, with Gabitashvili calling Zarkua names. Now, it seems like today’s attack was revenge for that earlier dispute.
**More Confrontations**
This is not the first time Georgian citizens have confronted government representatives abroad. People are increasingly speaking out against the ruling party, and these confrontations are becoming more common.
