**Ukraine Reports 2 Deaths and 19 Injuries in Russian Drone Attacks**
Russian attacks against Ukraine have killed at least two people and injured 19, including children, over the past day. This is according to regional authorities who reported on January 14.
**Russia Launched Multiple Drone Attacks**
Russia launched a large-scale attack against Ukraine overnight, using 80 Shahed–type drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Ukraine’s Air Forces reported that air defenses shot down 58 of these drones over 11 different regions. Additionally, 21 dummy drones were lost in the airspace.
**Casualties Reported in Multiple Regions**
The attacks resulted in casualties in several regions. In Donetsk Oblast, two people were killed and two others were injured due to Russia’s attacks. Governor Vadym Filashkin reported this on his Telegram channel.
In Kherson Oblast, nine people were injured as a result of Russian military attacks on the city of Kherson and 33 other regional settlements. Three people were also injured in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, including a 14-year-old girl who was hospitalized with moderate injuries. In Kharkiv Oblast, five people were injured in Russian attacks, including two infants.
