Zviad Khoridze : “Maestro”, was Dmitri Sakharadze. He decided to organize a violent act, using the “chef’ image. Half an hour later, when I arrived at the lobby, all the evidence that would be important in the case was arranged.  

Zviad Khoridze, a Georgian politician, made some shocking claims. He said that the true mastermind behind a violent act was Dmitri Samkharadze. According to Khoridze, Samkharadze had planned this act of violence by pretending to be a “chef”.

This means he used his image as a chef to hide his real plan. Khoridze arrived at the scene half an hour later. When he got there, all important evidence was already arranged. This suggests that the whole thing was staged and carefully set up.
