**Ukrainian Forces Attack Russian Facilities**
On January 24, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and Special Operations Forces (SOS) launched a drone attack on several Russian facilities.
The attack targeted the Ryazan Oil Refinery, one of Russia’s largest oil refineries. At least three oil depots and a workshop were set ablaze in the strike. The refinery has the capacity to process 17 million metric tons of oil per year.
In addition to the oil refinery, the SBU and SOS drones also attacked an oil pumping station at the Ryazan Thermal Power Plant. Local residents reported over 50 explosions during the attack.
The city of Bryansk was also targeted in the drone strike. The Kremniy EL microelectronics plant, which produces components for the Russian military, was hit by the drones. It is not clear whether the plant suffered significant damage in the attack.

Russia’s Defense Ministry reported intercepting 121 Ukrainian drones overnight, including 37 in Bryansk Oblast and 20 in Ryazan Oblast.
