**Russia’s Losses in Ukraine**
According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russia has lost a large number of troops and military equipment since its invasion began on February 24, 2022. The General Staff of Ukraine reported that Russia has suffered 840,360 troop casualties.
These losses include over 1,320 Russian soldiers who were killed or injured in just one day. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also reported significant losses of military equipment, including:
