**Two Men Found Guilty in Protest-Related Case**
A court in Tbilisi has found two men, Giorgi Kuchuashvili and Davit Koldari, guilty of charges related to a protest against a draft law.
The judge, Mikheil Jinjiolia, sentenced Kuchuashvili to 4 years in prison. His co-defendant, Davit Koldari, was given a 2-year and 3-month sentence.
**Kuchuashvili Partially Admits Guilt**
Giorgi Kuchuashvili partially admitted guilt but denied attacking a police officer. His lawyer disagreed with the charge’s legal classification. The defendant had thrown a plastic bottle that hit a police officer, causing pain and injury, according to the victim’s testimony.
**Koldari Admits to Damage Charge**
Davit Koldari fully admitted to damaging a patrol vehicle during the protest. He was charged under Article 187^1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. Kuchuashvili faced a more serious charge under Article 353^1, which carries a prison sentence of up to 7 years.
