**US Won’t Present Ukraine-Russia Plan at Munich Conference, Trump’s Special Envoy Says**
The US will not present a plan to end Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine during the upcoming Munich Security Conference. This was stated by Keith Kellogg, the special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, on February 6.
Kellogg denied media reports that he would introduce such a plan at the conference, scheduled for February 14-16. He said that the plan would be presented by US President Donald Trump, but did not specify a timeline.
“We are going to lead it up to him to help him out, get it to a point where he delivers that, but that is not going to happen next week at all,” Kellogg said.
**Ukraine Open to Negotiating with South Korea**
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s ambassador to Seoul, Dmytro Ponomarenko, has stated that Kyiv is open to negotiating with South Korea over the possible transfer of captured North Korean soldiers.
