**New “Dream City” Project Begins in Batumi**
The Georgian Prime Minister, Irakli Kobakhidze, has announced the start of a new project called “Dream City”. This project is not just about building residential buildings, but also creating a fully developed living environment for citizens.
**Improving Infrastructure and Economy**
Kobakhidze said that this project will play a significant role in Batumi’s development. The construction of schools, kindergartens, recreational zones, and other infrastructure facilities are planned, which will benefit the citizens. This project will contribute to improving the city’s infrastructure and economic growth.
**Second Phase of Construction**
The first phase of the project was successfully completed, with three 12-story buildings constructed where 582 families have been accommodated. The second phase begins now, which is even more ambitious and large-scale. Nine multi-apartment residential buildings will be constructed on 19,407 square meters, providing homes for 1,077 families.
**Creating Proper Living Conditions**
Kobakhidze emphasized that “Dream City” is an unprecedented social project aimed at creating proper living conditions for citizens. The new apartments will be fully equipped with gas supply, water, sewage systems, and all necessary services.
