During his speech at the 79th session of the , Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli highlighted the strategic location of Georgia as natural bridge between Europe and Asia. He emphasized that this positioning allows Georgia to provide the shortest route between East and .

Kobakhidze also mentioned that Georgia’s port infrastructure plays a crucial role in connecting 7 landlocked countries in the and Central Asia with the rest of the world.
