The Central (CEC) has responded to the recent statement made by the administration of the President of regarding the opening of abroad. The statement made baseless and discrediting accusations against the election administration. In response, the CEC has published a statement addressing these accusations.

The presidential administration accused the election administration of making a discriminatory decision, which they claim has contributed to a discrediting campaign against the agency by interested parties. The CEC has called the President’ administration to provide specific evidence of any violations of legislation or procedures that were committed by the CEC in creating election precincts abroad. They also asked for the arguments behind the claim that the decision was discriminatory.

The election administration has explained to the President’s representatives, including the President herself, on multiple occasions the outlined in the law for the opening of election precincts abroad. They have followed these regulations strictly and created 60 election precincts in 42 countries during the CEC on September 26. Each district was created on the legal requirements. The CEC believes that presenting these legal decisions as discriminatory is a deliberate attempt to discredit the agency and damage the election process.

The CEC also pointed out that if it were not for the careful adherence to the law by some members of the CEC, over 65,000 voters in 42 countries would have been unable to vote due to the politically motivated stance of other members. However, it seems that the President’s administration finds it more acceptable to take an illegal but politically motivated position rather than comply with the law.

The CEC has called on the President and her representatives to stop their politically motivated attacks on the election administration and to respect the voters, both within and outside the . They emphasized that elections are a shared responsibility and it is the duty of all parties involved to ensure a fair and healthy election .
