**Ukraine Slows Down Russian Advance**

There were 110 clashes between Ukrainian and Russian forces along the front line on February 27, according to Ukraine’s General Staff. Russia continues to suffer heavy losses as it tries to reach the administrative border of Donetsk Oblast.
**Losses Mount**
Ukraine’s military says that Russia has suffered over 1,150 casualties just in the past day. The country is still recovering from the devastating effects of war, with damage estimated at over $12 billion.
