**Defense Minister on Military Intelligence Agency**
The Defense Minister, Bratislav Gasic, spoke at a ceremony to mark the 141st anniversary of the Military Intelligence Agency (VOA). He said that the agency’s work covers many areas, including security and politics.
The VOA is the only intelligence service in the country. Its main job is to report on challenges facing the country, not just defense issues. These challenges include security, politics, economics, and energy. The minister praised the VOA for its expertise in information and analysis.
According to Gasic, the state leadership supports the VOA’s development and recognizes its importance. He said that the agency will continue to be a strong barrier against external threats and a reliable supporter of the government and military.
The ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials, including the outgoing Prime Minister and the Director of the Security Information Agency.
