**Russia Loses 883,950 Troops in Ukraine**
Since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces has reported that Russia has lost 883,950 troops. This number includes 1,000 casualties suffered by Russian forces just over the past day.
**Russia Loses Military Equipment and Infrastructure**
According to a report from the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Russia has also lost significant military equipment and infrastructure, including:
* 10,268 tanks
* 21,346 armored fighting vehicles
* 39,791 vehicles and fuel tanks
* 24,148 artillery systems
* 1,307 multiple launch rocket systems
* 1,099 air defense systems
* 370 airplanes
* 331 helicopters
* 28,172 drones
* 28 ships and boats
* One submarine
**International Support for Ukraine**
The U.S. continues to share some intelligence with Ukraine to assist with defense operations, but not for attacks on Russian troops. Poland‘s Prime Minister Donald Tusk has announced plans for large-scale military training for all adult men to strengthen the country’s reserve forces.
**Russia’s Plans for a Peacekeeping Mission**
The Kremlin is pushing to organize a framework for a potential peacekeeping mission in Ukraine. This includes deciding which countries would take part in a peacekeeping force. However, Ukraine is committed to finding a peaceful solution and has stated its commitment to negotiations.
