** Open to Sending to Ukraine**

Denmark is ready to send if European peacekeeping forces are needed in Ukraine, said Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen and Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen. This decision was after a meeting of Denmark’ parliament.

The ministers said that the government had clarified its stance and received broad from multiple parties. However, they emphasized that no concrete plans have been made at this stage. Any potential deployment would depend on future developments in Ukraine.

**Support Among Danes**

A poll published by Ritzau agency showed that about 53% of Danes support sending peacekeepers to Ukraine after Russia’s full-scale war comes to end.

**No Concrete Plans Yet**

Defense Minister Poulsen stressed that Denmark’s position remains conditional on the evolving situation in Ukraine. He said that no decision has been made to make a concrete effort, and it must depend on how things develop.

**NATO and Peacekeeping Mission**

Poulsen does not foresee all NATO-member countries spearheading a peacekeeping mission but expects several individual states to provide security assurances to Ukraine. He noted ongoing discussions about what such a mission might entail.
