Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic Meets with Government Officials
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with the country’s government officials at the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade. The meeting was held to discuss several important issues, including the security situation in the region and a protest planned for March 15.
The entire cabinet attended the meeting, along with other high-ranking officials such as Petar Petkovic, who is in charge of Kosovo affairs, and Jorgovanka Tabakovic, the head of the National Bank of Serbia. The gathering was also attended by Arno Gujon, who oversees cooperation with Serbian communities abroad.
In a post on Instagram, President Vucic stated that the meeting focused on security challenges in Kosovo and Bosnia-Herzegovina. He also mentioned that the protest scheduled for March 15 was discussed, emphasizing Serbia’s commitment to maintaining peace and stability in the region.
The meeting also touched on economic issues, particularly the impact of ongoing protests on the country’s economy. President Vucic noted that there was a need to take urgent measures to mitigate the consequences of these protests, which have led to a decline in investments and other challenges for the economy.
