**Moscow Awaits News from Washington**
Russia’s Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Moscow is expecting information from Washington on the progress of the talks. The talks between American and Ukrainian delegations are ongoing in Jeddah.
Steve Witkoff, President Donald Trump‘s special envoy for the Middle East, plans to travel to Moscow after the talks in Saudi Arabia. He will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Witkoff has emerged as a key figure in negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
**Negotiations Continue**
The Ukrainian and American delegations are discussing a potential ceasefire in the air and at sea, as well as a minerals deal. They met previously in Saudi Arabia without Ukraine’s participation.
**Ukrainian Forces Strike Russian Pipeline**
On March 11, Ukrainian forces struck the Druzhba pipeline in Russia’s Oryol Oblast, halting oil supply. The operation was aimed at weakening Russian strategic objects and enabling armed aggression against Ukraine.
**Russia’s Aggression Continues**
Russian forces have recaptured 12 settlements and 100 square kilometers in Kursk Oblast previously held by Ukrainian troops. Moscow claims this is the largest Ukrainian drone attack since the start of the war.
**US Refuses to Provide Military Aid to Russia**
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the US will not provide military aid to Russia during the talks in Saudi Arabia.
